They weren’t all Democrat appointed. Of the three, two of them were. One an Obama appointee, the other appointed by Carter and the third was appointed by Bush 43. The Ninth is Moonbat Central anyway. Alan Dershowitz said the Ninth will rule against Trump, but that the state of Washington will have a hard sell in front of the USSC even with 8 justices.

That isn’t true. The four liberal justices will vote their ideology. When haven’t they in the past? Which one won’t? Kagan? The Wise Latina? Buzzi? Breyer? So the courts will be saying the president has no authority over immigration, when that’s what the law explicitly says. We are heading for civil war, friends.
