David Dieme, an 8-year-old boy landed Tuesday at approximately 4:30 p.m. with a refugee family at O’Hare International Airport.

Dieme was traveling with his father and several other children, who arrived to Chicago on a flight from Dubai. After clearing paperwork, the family was being escorted to their next flight, when a U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer noticed Dieme unresponsive.

Emergency Medical Services was immediately notified and arrived at the terminal. Standard procedures are in place to address sick passengers, a spokesman for the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention. Dieme was sick prior to the flight, but did not report any symptoms on the flight. He was examined at the airport by CDC officials, in an isolated room. Dieme’s temperature was taken, but he had no fever. He experienced diarrhea and vomiting. It was determined he should be taken to the hospital.

Maybe he had non-contagious pneumonia.

You will have lots of company. I’ll have to answer the same line of question.

We are taking the wretched refuse from EVERY third world country, because Obola knows that they will need assistance and it is a faster path to bankrupting the USA.

In fact, he was room temperature.

Why are we taking refugees from the congo? Refuges from what?

1)Because liberals like to use your money to feel good about themselves.

2)A tribal war that's been going on since 1960. The sponsors have changed several times, but the fighting goes on.

I assume the child was checked out medically before being sent here.

Oh, yeah: He was thoroughly vetted.

I'm sure of that.

Sequoyah101 :" Stupid question I know.

Refuges from what?"

Actually , it's not a stupid question !
We are taking in refugees from lack of diversity from elsewhere, refugees from wildlife,
refugees from lack of economic opportunity (since our streets and potholes are filled with gold)
and certain criminal elements who are repressed by law enforcement in their own countries
etc., etc.,etc., ' ad nauseam '.
Why refugees have to be transported thousands of miles away from their homeland is beyond me, since 'safe zones' exist generally within a hundred of so miles from their homeland.
All refugees taken in recently should be repatriated to their homeland when conditions allow,
until they comply with immigration laws that currently exist since we are a 'nation of laws', which define us as a nation.
Anyone who goes back to visit/ vacation in their homeland should be refused re-entry into the U.S.
until they comply with the immigration laws as they currently exist under National recognized law !

Were a naton of laws. Refugees used to be housed in camps until the crisis had passed and not patriad to another country. Doe’s nobody understand hor absurd and unprecedented this is.

Really? So people are just loaded up on planes to the US without a cursory medical check? Well I guess so.

I just included the tip of the iceberg.

The most interesting stuff starts on page 7.

What isn’t covered are things like court decisions.

The CDC spokesman said it has been determined the child did not have a disease that posed a threat to public health. If more information comes forward that results in contacting passengers, action will be taken.

Unbelievable!! So much about this is just wrong...

So he was sick prior to flight and yet allowed to travel. I thought there might be requirements for travelling as a refugee by US agencies...Like State Dept, CDC...

And no symptoms on plane probs drugged...then upon arrival it was determined he was unresponsive. Passengers not notified and have no idea...

CDC says they don’t know why he died but, don’t worry, he did not have a disease that posed a threat...

Riiight...

Glad for now I still have the internet to find the truth...

Well the _resident-in-Chief recently gave away the internet
and the feckless Congresscritters did nothing about it,
so open and free speech may be limited in the future
until we are all of one voice, because no one will know anything different
other than what comes out of "press briefings".
I am sure that an autopsy will be conducted which will bring out the real health issues ... but we may never find out unless we look for the information...( from foreign sources).

My comment is slightly factitious as, sadly, I am all too aware of the internet give-away...I Posted numerous threads (oh probably well over a dozen) with alerts, phone numbers, etc...Contacted legislators for updates, etc..

Figured as a long-standing member of FR, people might heed the call as we are all internet junkies and we know the media is nothing but a propaganda arm of the administration... However, apparently I and the few others who were trying to play Paul Revere did not succeed...Sadly, we didn’t get enough excitement generated to make enough noise to stop it. I don’t understand it, but seems to me that people were more interested in Debates, BLM, rallies, Hillary’s tics, etc. Sort of reminds me of the hurricane preparedness in southeast...no reason so many people should be spending time in line for water, canned goods, and gas as to have supplies run out—it is called being proactive and being prepared. Wish folks were proactive about their liberty and rights...

So, for now I am glad we have the internet, but as Ambassador Bolton says, we won’t recognize it in 10 years.

Very disturbing what happened with transport of sick refugee—As I said should there not have been checks to stop them from flying when sick?? Yes, there may be a report on what happened, but I doubt we will see the truth :( So maddening!!!
