I’m kind of shocked at how many Freepers are saying they’ve never heard of this woman. She’s made a relatively big splash in the media in the last couple of years (first Hindu this or that, Hawaiian congressional Rep., military officer; switched from Hillary to Bernie, blah, blah, blah).

I know of her...i’ve looked her up a couple of times when she has taken positions very much at odds with Obama. When she does she is very vocal about it and always gives her reason.
She is from Hawaii...i think she is a native hawaiian...and she seems pretty focused on watching out for her state...
One of the things she spoke up about I think was muslim immigration....concerned if jihadist got on their island way out in the ocean, it could be a big concern.
She might even be a 1st term rep....I found her very refreshing, being she is a Dem

What he needs is an insurance policy; someone who is even more unpalatable to the establishment than he is to discourage congressional Republicans from starting impeachment proceedings a minute after he's sworn in.
