Tuna Fish.
Like Rinos they come packaged and present themselves for appeal.
Im not sure anymore if I want to buy Chunk or Solid, given their labels its hard to tell the difference. And really, whats the difference between Chunk and Solid? Whats the difference in the meanings of the words they chose?
Why cant they be clearer?
Prepackaged for your convenience and ready for your consumption.

Im going to repeal this and return that and before too long you realize that this is not what you thought you bought, you got a can full of mush. But I love Tuna Fish and Ill probably keep buying it as Ill keep voting for Chunk. I think, or maybe Solid. I bought a can of Chicken of the Sea once, and voted for Bush 41, after I nearly choked on a bone I vowed Never again. But I love Tuna Fish.
In oil or water?
Read the label carefully.
Tuna Fish is just like Salsa, I still dont know the difference between Mild and Medium. I want HOT Salsa and I want to know its going to have some sting. I want them to say why they are different, why they will sting. But words and labels seem to have lost their way while we feel the sting in ways unimagined.
The road to mediocrity finds its home in stupidity. Fast food.
I cant stand going to a fast food joint and asking for a small drink and they say We dont have a small. What ? We have medium, large and extra large What? I dont really care what you call it, just give me the smallest drink size you have. Never mind asking for salt and pepper. They give you five or six packets of salt, each one alone is enough to kill a man, and one pepper if youre lucky. Is this what they think you or I want? Is this what they would put on this meal if they were eating it? I dont think so. And they all assume you want like fifteen packages of ketchup. I really dont like ketchup.
Are they just assuming or responding or projecting?
They, like our current lineup of Rinos are certainly not asking.
I love Tuna Fish.
Our cat will only eat the White Solid ,it’s has the be the expensive stuff ,LOL
I prefer canned salmon for me and my pets as it has no detectable levels of mercury according to the internet.
Small cans of tuna= EBT eligible cat food!
Is it possible to get Atlantic caught tuna (in a can) anywhere? We haven’t had tuna salad in sooo long.
Absolutely love tuna. Developed a sea food allergy about five years ago and a can of it nearly killed me. My throat swelled almost shut. Scared me something awful.
That would require me taking my reading glasses into the store.
Oh, I know what you mean. It’s not much better with progressive lenses.
One man looked at me in concern and asked me if I was all right. I got up and was fine but a little shaken. Thanked him and went on my way.
It was obviously a bad omen :-(.
FWIW I don't like fresh tuna. And I only buy water packed chunk tuna, Starkist I think, the double can. One is never enough when I used it for tuna salad or cooking.
Solid tuna is just what it says on the can. A solid piece of tuna, usually white I think, cut the right size to fit the can.
I love canned smoked oysters and herring, too. I like most of the other fresh fish but some of it is too pricey.
Since we’ll have to get used to living in the internment camps pretty soon, just make mine a couple of macks:

That’s some random stuff from 2008?
WSJ, no less.
You’ve been holding back.
It's happened several times since and on different foods. Sometimes it's bad and other times it clears up fairly rapidly if I haven't eaten too much.
I don't know if it is a hernia or not. It does feel like the tube to my stomach constricts while it is happening.
How can you not like fresh tuna?
What about a 3 inch thick tuna steak seared a quarter inch on each side and raw in the middle?
We buy 12 oz cans of “solid” white packed in water. The last few times (several years ago) I bought “chunk”, it was so watery as to barely be usable. And now the 6 oz cans have gone down to 5 oz. The ones we get are about $3.98 per can, and almost never on sale. I think both main brands are about the same price.
I could go for some tuna sashimi. Nice hot wasabi. Dash of soy sauce. Mmm.
I avoid foods prepared with soy.
Soy mimics estrogen in the body. It grows man boobs.
Eat tiny bites.
I get the same thing, especially when eating rice or cornbread.
It’s an awful feeling! :-(
Chunk white albacore in water, drain, add a little chopped white onion, lemon juice, celery, green onion, kosher or seasoning salt, cracked black pepper, maybe a leaf of crisp iceberg, rye bread & Helmans—fast and delish.
I find that one can of solid is worth two cans of chunk.
I get my tuna at Aldi foods.
