There were times during a Thursday rally Barack Obama couldn’t help but talk about himself, even though he was supposed to be talking about other people.

There were other times he could barely talk at all.

During the Cleveland rally for Rich Cordray and Betty Sutton, Obama repeatedly talked about himself, despite the candidates sitting behind him.

Several times, he stuttered as he attempted to attack President Trump and the success of recent Republican initiatives.

His appearances the past week were very reminiscent of how he appeared at the first debate with Romney. Remember that--he had very erratic behavior for a few days before. Was missing, weirdly showed up at Hoover Dam when he should have been debate prepping, again showed up at a Democrat Campaign office with a bunch of pizzas acting strange--showed up at the debates looking like David Ruffin at the height of his addiction.

It's always been my belief the guy has been a life long free base binger (Larry S). (explains his many disappearances and losing SS over his presidency). Now that he's on permanent vacation, I'd imagine his drug use is far less disciplined and far more frequent--especially as he now has so much $.
