Via a nation's internal dialogue, you can rewrite its ideals, symbols and labels by rewriting their definitions, eventually even redefining what are "good" thoughts and "bad" thoughts!
You thus fight with a different sort of army and with different kinds of weapons on this mental plane of human reality, but to the victor goes all the spoils same as in any war.
However, by winning a war at this level, a total victory is achieved.
And...all without a shot being fired or with them even being aware they were losing the war that they didn't know they were fighting!
My guess is that this is the Ephesian 6:12 battlefield that much of humanity, now either dumbed-down or fully-assimilated, doesn't believe exists.

As long as the plunder continues the socialist’s collectives will forego violence/murder in most cases in America because of 2A, but if history is any indication the creative death/destruction and traditional death/destruction is in the arsenal and on the horizon 2A or no 2A.

Communists (Egalitarian/Collectivists) succeed by tactics that appeal to all that is base. They fend off the truth seekers by the tactics that intimidate dissent, baed on what the lest generation of fantasy seekers ("true believers") defined as "politically correct."

I had a similar experience with John Adams. I was looking for things that spoke to the FF's Judeo-Christian faith and found this quote first:

Yah, well, you know what, the commies didn’t hypnotize the proletariat to join their uprisings, they joined because of abuses of capitalism, which in its monopolist variant is sadistic. 14 hour work day, company store debt robbery, child labor, unsafe working conditions, etc. Workers, made in the IMAGE OF GOD were treated like beasts of burden. You and I would both rebel under such conditions and throw off the yoke of tyranny. You want to end communism - pay a living wage and stop sabotaging the economy with a pathological hunt for profits. Monopolists think short term and will leech the life out of its surroundings. Monopolism (crony capitalism, socialist capitalism) should be as big an enemy for us as is Marxism.
