Greenfield: It's Time to Treat Doctors Without Borders as a Terrorist Organization

It's Time to Treat Doctors Without Borders as a Terrorist Organization

End non-profit status for them and for any organization that funds them

Doctors Without Borders has a long history of collaborating with and defending terrorists. And even being terrorists. The issue came up just last month in relation to Hamas.

Its current attacks on America and collaboration with the Taliban are completely unacceptable. Doctors Without Borders' personnel are once again lying through their teeth, denying the facts put forward by US and Afghan personnel and covering up the use of medical facilities by the Taliban Jihadists as human shields.

This is the same tactic that we've seen with Hamas.

It's time to deal with Doctors Without Borders, a cynical name for an organization in bed with Islamic terrorists.

The acting governor of Afghanistan’s northern Kunduz province said Sunday that Taliban fighters had been routinely firing “small and heavy” weapons from the grounds of a local hospital before it was apparently hit by a U.S. airstrike over the weekend.

In an interview, Hamdullah Danishi said the Doctors Without Borders compound was “a Taliban base” that was being used to plot and carry out attacks across the provincial capital, Kunduz city.

“The hospital campus was 100 percent used by the Taliban,” Danishi said. “The hospital has a vast garden, and the Taliban were there. We tolerated their firing for some time” before responding.

Doctors Without Borders is lying and denying everything. The media is predictably taking the side of the extremist left-wing group. But the solution is obvious.

1. Treat Doctors Without Borders members just like ISIS recruits when it comes to international travel. At no point in time should they be allowed to travel to conflict zones since it is manifestly clear that they do so to aid terrorists. If they lie about their travel plans, they should go to jail.

2. End non-profit status for them and for any organization that funds them.

3. End any special status that they have when operating in conflict zones since they aren't medical personnel, just terrorist auxiliaries who were aiding the Taliban takeover of Kunduz.

we absolutely agree. there is a difference between doctors and nurses who help all comers,......and doctors who routinely express anti-American or pro-enemy or pro-terrorist propaganda

we all love and respect doctors! but doctors who work for murdering terrorists (propagandizing for them!!!) are NOT the nice medics who help keep your mama alive........ these are enemy agents working for our enemies

Didn’t they have a site in Gaza not too long ago that was chock full of weapons?

Greenfield has it wrong. Dr. Tom Dooley was an original. Greenfield may have political reasons to not like who they care for but the Doctors provide medical care not guns.

Thanks for posting this Mr. Foxwell. I have chosen to educate myself on radical Islam since 9/11, and thought I was reasonably well informed, but your post took me totally by surprise.

What Greenfield says may be true about these doctors who are helping our enemies.

One thing that puzzles me is that we give the statisics of the bombing as 10 patients killed, plus 12 medical personel killed, but I don't see any body count for the alleged Taliban who were targeted at that hospital. -Tom

Why doesn’t the Pentagon release the video of the attack so that we can determine if the aircraft were being fired on at that hospital? If the Dwob’s group knew these terrorist were firing weapons at our aircraft from their grounds than the liability is on them.

Guess What.

Doctors Without Borders won the NOVEL PEACE PRIZEin 1999.

Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1999. The judges chose MSF “in recognition of the organization’s pioneering humanitarian work on several continents” and to honor our medical staff, who have worked in more than 80 countries and treated tens of millions of people.

But we are known for more than our medical work—we also speak out on behalf of the people we treat and act to expose injustice. The Nobel Prize offered a platform for MSF to speak out, and we took it.

Using his acceptance speech at the award ceremony, Dr. James Orbinski, president of the MSF International Council, spoke directly to the then Russian leader Boris Yeltsin and condemned Russian violence against civilians in Chechnya.

Silence Can Kill

Justifying this unprecedented move, Dr. Orbinski said: “Silence has long been confused with neutrality, and has been presented as a necessary condition for humanitarian action. From its beginning, MSF was created in opposition to this assumption.

“We are not sure that words can always save lives, but we know that silence can certainly kill."

Humanitarian Action

Dr. Orbinski then spoke freely about the power and the limitations of humanitarianism.

“No doctor can stop a genocide. No humanitarian can stop ethnic cleansing, just as no humanitarian can make war. And no humanitarian can make peace. These are political responsibilities, not humanitarian imperatives.

“Let me say this very clearly: the humanitarian act is the most apolitical of all acts, but if its actions and its morality are taken seriously, it has the most profound of political implications. And the fight against impunity is one of these implications.”

Neglected Diseases

The proceeds from the prize were used to set up a Neglected Disease Fund, designed to support pilot projects for the clinical development, production, procurement and distribution of treatments for neglected diseases, such as Chagas, sleeping sickness and malaria.

The full transcript of the acceptance speech can be found on the official MSF Nobel Peace Prize page. Be part of MSF http://www.doctorswithoutborders.org/about-us/history-principles/nobel-peace-prize

I have never seen/heard these claims. I know a few associated with this organization and they are Republicans and very religious Christians. Is there more than one organization with this name? Are we being critical now because they are now calling our government liars?

....”The left instinctively sides with evil”.....

It would appear many on the right anymore are doing likewise.....seems what’s termed wrong and right...good and evil... no longer have any distinctions.

The ONLY DWB types I have ever met have been extreme left-wing liberals. They often are anti-Americans and think our country caused all the “suffering” they go overseas to treat.
