Dear Sir/Madam,
I have irrefutably proven that the Certificate of Live Birth that President Obama presented to the world on April 27, 2011 is a fraudulently created document put together using the Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator programs and the creation of this forgery of a public document constitutes a class B felony in Hawaii and multiple violations under U.S. Code section Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Sec.1028, and therefore an impeachable offense. When this comes to the public’s attention, it will be the greatest scandal in the country’s history—nothing comes even close. This will surpass the all previous scandals including the Watergate scandal of the Nixon administration.
My Credentials
I have a unique background for analyzing this document. I owned a typesetting company for 11 years so I know type and form design very well. I currently own Archive Index Systems since 1993, which sells all types of document scanners worldwide and also developed document imaging software (TheRepository). I know how the scanners work. I have also sold other document imaging programs, such as Laser. Fiche, Liberty and Alchemy. I have sold and installed document imaging systems in city and county governments, so I know their procedures with imaging systems and everything about the design of such programs. This will be important in understanding what has happened with Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth.
What President Obama Presented to the Public is an alleged Certificate of Live Birth.
What President Obama presented is not the hospital birth certificate. The birth certificate would have the imprint of the baby’s footprint, weight, length and other information such as the religion. The Birth Certificate would be the source of the same information that would be typed onto the Certificate of Live Birth (the Long Form). What President Obama released is supposedly the Long Form that the County gets from the hospital, which is typed on a blank form given to the hospitals by the county. That copy is then mailed to the county Board of Health and kept as a legal government document. On Obama’s form (Figure 1) the County Clerk supposedly hand stamped the form on the upper right hand corner with a bates stamp. The number is a sequential number that reflects the sequence of Certificates that come into the County Health Department. The reason I know it was stamped by hand is because the number is crooked. The County Clerk also hand stamps the date of acceptance (box 20 and box 22). Obama’s Long Form was supposedly received on August 8, 1961, four days after his birth.

Pointing out anomalies in a document is not "conspiracy" land.
Pointing out anomalies in a document, floating theories in a reasoned manner of how they might have gotten there (including by conspiracy) and seeking to arrive at the truth is not "conspiracy" land.
Pointing out anomalies in a document, claiming that they represent absolute legal proof of a conspiracy, ignoring all other explanations, and claiming that people who find the non-conspiracy explanations far more reasonable are trolls - that's "conspiracy" land.
Or would you prefer that everyone just accept the latest version of proof of Hawaiian birth as truth without any verification?
I'm all in favor of verification. I'm just not in favor of continuing to push things that don't now and never will actually prove a forgery for the simple reason that they are invalid.
None of the 6 main points presented by Mr. Douglas Vogt have the power to drive Mr. Obama from his office. Now frankly, I'm not sure that doing so would have that good a result, politically speaking, for conservatives anyway. Personally, I would rather see him permanently retired, and his policies relegated to the dust bin of history, in the next election.
But if we do have actual proof of fraud, I'm still all for taking it to Congress and having him removed, if only for the sake of upholding the Constitution and the law. The problem is, none of these particular arguments are going to do it.
And the other problem is, at this point at least, these arguments seem to be pretty close to all we have.

You do not know anything about type and how it can be manipulated.
We will get to the truth.
And the NRO "layers" does not hold up to scrutiny. The NOR guy does not even come close.
Goulding should be able to produce the same exact results we see in Obama’s new COLB. The way that the PDF renders the picture in the same exact manner. The background that is built first along with the rectangular white spaces that are later filled with layers of text. The exact steps, and it has to be seen as unintentional...that is without effort as in automatic. Show the step-by-step process so that it can be duplicated by others. Goulding from National Review didn’t come close in his “demonstration”. He used the cover of their magazine as an example and another unrelated document that still did not even come close to rendering the pdf as Obama’s COLB pdf.
When you watch both programs execute as they build their images, the Obama White House COLB pdf builds the color bottom layer first then all the other layers are applied in quick sequence filling in the rectangular white space boxes. However, in the Goulding " pdf demonstration," it builds the document in a top down sequence, left to right, that the words and characters are in his document are "faded" in from lighter color to black. It's totally different from Obama's document.
He should have used the same type of document that is flattened to prove his point, not some cover from a magazine. In order to fix a software problem, you first have to understand the problem. Goulding fails in his attempt to persuade.
Always answer genuine, rational, verifiable facts and logic with one-liner ad-hominem attacks. I'm sure that will serve you well.

I see no reason why the “h” in hospital would have been based on greyscale and the rest of the word “hospital” in binary. whatever they used as the base would have had the whole word “hospital” already there as part of the form and no need to mess with it. So that made no sense. After I noticed that I became skeptical of the whole article.
What needs to be refuted are his allegations.
He's attacking the integrity of the premises for such conclusion as necessarily follows if the premises are true that has been bandied about in the conspiracy blogosphere.

He could be a $billion/month meth dealer. Those may be his credentials. Do those credentials detract from his refutation as presented?
Years ago Adobe came out with an OCR program that would substitute a bitmap of the shapes it could not recognize as letters. These bitmaps were assigned to another layer.
The N&WReport story explains that the layering is the result of the OCR type scanner. However TrueType or Adobe fonts assigned by this technology would display anti-aliased letters on the screen. It would seem that the information for the screen display version of the letters would be stored in the PDF doc. But most of the letters show no anti aliasing.
Wouldn’t similar information be assigned to specific layers? Would layers and elements be thrown about randomly?

Goulding wasn’t using unknown software and unknown settings on a Macintosh computer running Quartz PDFContext.
Notice that Obama won't produce it to any court of law because it would be subject to verification to all the records in Hawaii that support it or not. Obama has had many court cases to choose from over the last 3 years to show a birth certificate. It's easy to see here Obama is a CONman.
