The moon came out earlier than normal in Allentown Tuesday.

Allentown police responding to a report of a woman with her pants down at 7:43 a.m. Tuesday at Linden and Hall streets found 44-year-old Yvette McDaniel mooning morning traffic, according to a criminal complaint.

As an officer approached McDaniel, he found her bent down with her pants around her knees and her buttocks facing motorists and pedestrians, the complaint says.

She turned to the officer and said, "This is what they want," the complaint says.
