In other words, Gary Johnson is to the Left of Hillary Clinton on this issue. No wonder Mitt Romney and the Bushes can't decide whether to vote for Gary Johnson or Hillary Clinton in November.
Libertarians would let a billion Chinese come to the United States.
Scratch a Libertarian, find a Liberal.
Johnson should not be part of the debates. He will side with Hillary. I guarantee it.
>>Gary Johnson has said that a bigger border fence will only produce taller ladders.
Taller ladders are more difficult to transport and are more expensive. Sounds good to me.
Well, one difference between Rand Paul and Johnson would be that Paul currently holds office. In that sense, Johnson is definitely more Libertarian.
People who want Hillary to win should definitely vote Libertarian. By the way, I’m a libertarian with a small “l.” Gary Johnson is no libertarian, in my view, however much of a Libertarian he may be.
I’m a thousands of times more likely to be killed on an overcrowded US road than by a terrorist of Middle Eastern origin.
We need to curtail immigration.
Better a business shuts down due to a labor shortage than me being killed on an overcrowded highway.
And Johnson supports “bake the cake” anti-religious state fascism. No thanks.
Johnson - Meh. We need a powerful change for the country and he isn’t it.
The fact that Johnson explicitly said that private entities, including the self-employed, getnoo religious freedom first amendment protections and have to “bake the cake” because he is okay with outlawing discrimination, shows he has no interest the the underlying principle of libertarianism, and in fact puts no check on the state’s authority over any man’s life.
Libertarianism sounds good in theory..not so good in practice.
Hooking and using drugs, or whatever self indulgence one wishes to partake, doesn’t merely impact the person doing it.. it impacts other family members and friends ...
so, that whole idea of ‘as long as it doesn’t harm anyone else” argument is, at the very least, 3/4 crock...because many forms of self indulgence can be very destructive and at the least very risky.
Johnson and Weld are pro-abortion. Therefore, unfit to hold any public office. Dogcatcher, maybe.
