Pauls support is minimal in every poll ever published,

Take the MSM polls with a grain of salt. If I'm not mistaken, the phone polls are calling the remaining Republican base, who support the status quo - Paul has a lot of support from disillusioned Republicans who haven't voted in the last couple elections, third party conservatives, independents, libertarians, and young people who have never voted before. They are not being reached by the phone polls.

Also, I've heard that some of these phone polls don't even mention Paul's name. Take a look at this. They mention the candidates the MSM promotes, and then the category of "other".

and the high results in web polls are due to PRs poll-bots.

LOL. Riight. Wake up, the man has support, and passionate support at that. If you still think it's a half dozen poll spammers, even after today, you're living in the past. That was said a few months ago... but it no longer flies, in fact, it is laughable to claim that now.

Yes - it has become laughable hasn’t it. Denial is a river running through Free Republic.

Today, there was a Tea Party at the Santa Monica pier (California) for Ron Paul. The organizer thought, Tuesday before last, that there would be about 100-125 people. Then the word came to him last Tuesday that there were buses coming in from Santa Barbara, Ventura County, and Riverside - so he figured about 500 people would be there. Instead of 500, about 1,000 people marched from Reed Park in Santa Monica, through the 3rd Street Promenade, to the Santa Monica pier.

Featured speakers were G. Edward Griffin, author of “Creature from Jekyll Island” (about the establishment of the Federal Reserve), and Dan Sheehy, author of “Fighting Illegal Immigration Anarchy.” There were other speakers and after each one spoke, a symbolic crate emblazoned with IRS, FED RESERVE, ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION, WELFARE STATE, WARFARE STATE, etc., was thrown off the pier.

I should mention that, close to the pier, there is a memorial for every U.S. serviceman killed in the Middle East since the war against terrorism began. Every day this memorial is set up early in the morning and taken down at sundown as the City of Santa Monica won’t allow it on the beach over night.

Most of the 1,000 people went down to the memorial site and, with a fife and drum corp. of three men dressed in Rev. War attire, a short memorial service for the fallen was held.

Then we went back up the steps to the pier and the end of the pier. There were video recorders everywhere but not one member of the MSM was there.

In all, the number of people could be divided into thirds: 1/3 age 18-35; 1/3 35-55; and 1/3 55 and up. I recognized a lot of my friends whom I know are rock-solid conservatives. Funny, George Soros never appeared. Perhaps Soros knew that he would have been thrown off the pier, too.

The chants of “RON PAUL!” and “FREEDOM” were thunderous. The responses to speakers’ questions were equally thunderous. Everyone was there to take back our country and restore the Constitution as the law of the land instead of unconstitutional executive orders, presidential directives, and signing statements. No one wants a CFR-annointed drone, e.g., Guiliani, Romney, McCain, Thompson, Huckabee (why do you think his numbers have risen recently?), Hillary, Obama, Dodd, and Biden.

Ron Paul is the real deal and his record of consistency - spanning four decades - in the U.S. Congress is why supporters love him. Interesting, too, is the fact that people all over the world love him and wish that they had a man of Ron Paul’s character in their country for whom they could vote. Ron Paul’s name has struck a chord for freedom, prosperity, and peace worldwide.

For those who really like to check things out for themselves, go to YouTube.com and read the comments from Germans, Aussies, Brits, etc., who love Ron Paul. Go to MeetUp.com and find out where the MeetUp groups for Ron Paul are in foreign countries. Take a look at the graphs that show how many MeetUp groups there are in this country for Ron Paul. If all the other candidates were put together, their MeetUp groups would be less than half of Ron Paul’s.

Did I mention that there was going to be a big Ron Paul Tea Party in Strasbourg, France? People there are protesting international government interfering in their lives. (Brussels, for instance, has seven governments!)

Yes, Ron Paul’s message of freedom, peace, and prosperity has caught the attention of the world and struck fire in their hearts. Wasn’t it George Washington who said, “Liberty, once it catches hold, is a fast-growing plant.”

GO RON PAUL!!

I was driving down a local 4 lane local highway yesterday and on 4 different corners along a 1 mile stretch there were Paul supporters with signs and asking for donations.

These were all high school and college-age looking kids, and they were VERY enthusiastic.

My own just-turned 18 yo is supporting Ron Paul, and so are a lot of her friends.

(well, what did I hope to get when I homeschooled her and had her learn real history, including a thorough reading of the Constitution and the Federalist and anti-Federalist papers, and taught her to think for herself ?)
