I've scanned around Article 1, Section 8 of our Constitution looking for where the Congress might find the authority to pass such a law, but I can't find it. Can you help me out?

(And don't say the commerce clause. I'm a Clarence Thomas kind of a guy on that subject.

You may not care what he thinks, but you certainly better care about the warning you just got.

Try not to say things like you hope "someone kills him."

Remember, people riding the fence on Dr Paul are watching these forums and cavalier statements of that nature might be enough to make them walk away.

Also, remember that Dr Paul's philosophy is one of NON-violence.

Call him up and enthusiastically support the concept - that politicians should absolutely answer for these types of associations. Then lead him into the fact that the same group endorsed President Bush in 2000, but you must have missed the shows and letters he did about that.

I agree with jmegan, it seems that a lot of Paul's support comes from the new college counter-culture movements. Ron Paul is the new Che.
