As possible refugees from New York State of horror we are thinking of Texas...what's it like to live in the Hammer's district?

Well, you can live in a mansion for what you're paying in rent for a little apartment in New York. That might make up for the hot summers here, although we had an exceptionally pleasant one this year for the first time in history.

We have no income tax, and Republicans rule everything. You'd have to try to lose the NY accent, but that takes about 6 months.

We're entirely friendly unless you're a criminal. Then we shoot you, or if we miss, the state executes you. It suits me.
