The first amendment will be fine. This was a temporary blow by an insane court and it will be reversed. The ruling is idiotic and everyone knows it. The challengers will be lining up. Advocacy groups and legal foundations on both sides of the political spectrum will be challenging and working overtime to deep-six this b/s. Guarantee you that it will be overturned.

The SCOTUS rarely overturns any anti-Free Speech legislation out of Congress. I don't believe they've ever revisited one of their decisions in this area.
