More the likely it is a gently-worded reminder that there IS SUCH A THING AS "sacred time/sacred space."

And--that Rome is the FINAL arbiter of liturgy, period. Not the poofterwonks who have dominated the scene since Bugnini.

tell me, do you have an English Language catholic bible? because at one time, Rome was opposed to that too.
