If there is nothing to choose, then there is no need for free will. But as it stands in this life, we are given a choice. Therefore, God gave us a free will to exercise that choice.

yes Thomas you have made my point.

If God did not create "Evil" as a force then the free will he gave angels and man was useless.

To choose one must have a choice.
