Either he didn't know or it had his approval.

There is NO WAY he didn't know. He should be reported to the bishop and if the bishop doesn't object then both of them should be reported to Rome.

If this particular bishop did know he probably thought it was the greatest thing since sliced bread.
It took place about 10 years ago and I didn't know any better at the time. I thought it was a wonderful gesture! LOL!
