For what it’s worth, I view Protestants as fellow Christians. Sure I’ve had some knock-down drag-outs with some here on FR. But, that wasn’t because they were Protestant. It was because certain individuals were backward bigoted ignorami bent on attacking my church.

Jesus wants love and harmony among his followers. He made that pretty clear before going home. Catholic or Protestant, we need to respect each other. - Belfast is a bad example!

As with all things in human relations, we should focus on our common ground rather than quibble about differences.

I don’t wish for a reduced Protestant activity on FR, but for good will between Christians.

FR is hardly Belfast (with a few exceptions).

I respect my fellow Catholics here and have fun while discussing important differences we have. The differences are not trivial and should be thoroughly debated .. for our instruction and for the instruction of lurkers.

I just wish we had a broader spectrum of participants to give us more issues to discuss. I appreciate your joining the discussion.
