Glad to hear the clarifications I haven't heard before now.I've been very clear; but this is just what I expected from you: throw out the lie with no evidence, whatsoever, and then offer no apology when you are disproved.
You should have clarified sinkspur's misconceptions about you a long time ago. This is all your fault.
To both Catholic and Protestant Christians here: The ultimate question is this: Christ in you, your only hope of Glory! He is the vine, you - and I - are the branches. If we abide in Him, and He abides in us, the world will see the difference between Christians and those who are not called by His name, and will want to know the One who is our Life! If we are not abiding in the Vine, if we are living in our own strength, by our own power and might, and do not have lives yielded to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (about whom we all agree is our Savior and Lord) - then we are fruitless branches and will be removed from the vine. If we are fruitful, we will be pruned in order to bear more fruit.
So, we might look around and see if there is any "fruit" (of the Holy Spirit) evident in our lives and in the lives of those for whom we pray and/or those whom we serve. If not, we have the privilege to ask God to prune us and bring fruit from His Life, lived out in our lives, with all praise and honor to HIM!
Some of the pruning might mean less time on FR and more time in prayer and in His Word (or in His church, however anyone is led).
