..I feel very dumb!Ahh, don't feel dumb. Every time I think I may know something, someone pops in here and shows me that I have no idea what I'm talking about. ;^)

John Gerstner has written a fine little book, titled "THEOLOGY FOR EVERYMAN". According to Amazon, it's still in print..a good book for those beginning to study theology.. only $5.20 from Amazon.

Kevin thanks for these threads..they have prompted me to pick up a beginners book on Theology to learn terms and concepts..between you and dark Calvinist and jean..I feel very dumb! Mom, everybody has to learn it sometime and somewhere, Let us pray that less people learn it in the lake of fire!
Remind me to tell you about the "beating" that i took at the hands of Dr. Arthur Lindsley once, when i had the audacity to try and challenge him on something he had contributed to Classical Apologetics, The John Gerstner school of apologetics (who taught both Sproul and Lindsley), had simple rules 1)Take no prisoners; 2)God shows mercy, you are not Him! 3) Give no place to "fuzzy headed" thinking. 4)If you can't torture your students, go do something else for a living.
Fortunately for you, Gerstner has been dead for a couple of years.
