Dioceses HAVE been negligent. But, I do think the possibility of lawsuits is out there. Not advisable, but out there. With respect, I'd say that a better use of the "odd archbishop's" time would be in cleaning his own house. This is not by way of excusing quack therapists, but simply to say that corrupt bishops consulted quack practitioners because they wanted quack results.
