Jesus was of the priesthood of Melchisedech as Psalm 109 affirms and the word priest first appears in Scripture in Genesis 14:18 in reference to Melchisedech. Jesus made the Apostles the first priests in His Church.

You kindly provided the scripture references for the first part (Jesus is a Priest of the Order of Melchisidek, He was!), but you neglected to provide the scripture reference for the last part.

I didn't neglect anything. Since you want to engage in linguistic literalism can you tell me where I can find the words Incarnation, Trinity and Bible in Scripture? If the Apostles weren't priests as you contend how could they then ordain priests themselves?
