If it is gall-bladder problems, do not fear surgery too much, my bishop, my priest, and the wife of our mission treasurer all had gall-bladder surgery, came through well, and are doing fine. (Do mention her Christian name--us traditional liturgical types like to pray for folk by their Christian name.)
