I was looking on the links section to read where the Bishop officially declared these were supernatural events. I didn't find any.
Are there any links to information verifying this apparition was officiallly approved?

I see Michael Brown is leading pilgrimages to Medj. Hasn't the Vatican and at least two local Ordinaries, among others, called for a cessation of pilgrimages to Medj and haven't two consecutive Bishops declared, in writing, that the alleged "seers" thee are liars and that there is no evidence of Mary appearing there?
Personally, I take what this gentleman says with a mine full of salt.
