Sorry, unprepared to get into systematic/procedural nexus. BTW, his decision on altar girls was absolutely DUMB. Wwe still have to live with it, although smart priests simply ignore it.

I agree, and the Vatican has made it clear no priest MUST allow so called altar girls.
