Perhaps you attempt to assign some special meaning to that term by putting it in quotes, but the Ecumenical councils established the New Testament books via a canon. And even the Protestants use that canon to this day. ;-)

Eh? The Protestants removed 7 books of the Bible because they didn't conform to the megalomaniac Luther's doctrine. I heard he would have removed more. Heck, to prove his theology, he would have had to burn the whole damn thing.
