'Dead' refers to the unregenerate or spiritually dead. Resurrection is synonymous with regeneration or in the Lord's case, His Glorification.

Have you ever tried to read the Bible, say a NKLV or an NIV, without any preconceived notions or at least to test your preconceived notions?

Was Christ resurrection spiritually or physically? Is Christ spiritually with the Father or is He physically with Him?
