I do notice how shadow trumps glory with love. I wonder how many verses say that God created man to love Him vs. how many scriptures say that God created man to Glorify Him.
What is glorification, Woody? What is Love? Glorification requires an audience. Glorifying God to Himself will be done--that's obvious. But Love requires no audience. It is an end unto itself, and much more satisfying.
When someone compliments you to a third party, that is a form of glorification--but when someone loves you, you need no one else to know. Love is complete in and of itself (and includes glorification!). I don't "trump" one with the other--I'm expanding it.
