No he wasn't a hyper-Cal. I think he was double predestinarian, as was Gordon Clark, a supralapsarian. Several of the reformers were double P. But a belief in biblical Calvinism should NEVER create a hyper Calvinistic philosophy where things such as missions and evangelism have no place. Instead, biblical Calvinism should spur people forward to evangelize.

I believe in double predestination...but I am strongly evangelical....they are certainly not mutually exclusive you are correct
