Unless you have been doing a lot more reading of Calvin lately than I think you have, then I don't know on what basis you would make this comment. How much of Calvin have you read? Or, does your knowledge come from those who "quote" him? (If the later, I can imagine their take on the subject.)
Face it, you are the one who believes that those who hold that regeneration precedes belief are Hyper-Calvinists. Your weak grasp of these subjects invalidates your claim to authority as to what John Calvin would say.
BTW, my extensive BUMP list is there for two reasons: 1) to even things up a bit, you don't seem to have any trouble BUMPing your allies to our every exchange, and 2) to allow these folks to see your claim to be an expert on the opinions of John Calvin.
