Probably not on The Neverending Story thread. Erasmus' 16th century critique was from one who remained within the RCC. If you have a parallel internal critique of a contemporary Protestant, by all means post it.

Calvin, Wesley, Baker Eddy, Russell, (Smith?) - by your standards, anyone who came from or out of the 'Protestant' lineage but who isn't a "Lutheran" and found or was inspired to see a different, better or 'more correct' was to worship.

By the way, I liked the story.
