Where is the IDF video to prove that they didn't [massacre people].

It is impossible to prove a negative. You are tasked with proving an assertion, that there was a "massacre".

It's very confusing, we have a strong network of information here on FreeRepublic and we have both the Israelis as well as the Arabs in Jenin claiming that the Arabs in Jenin have used women and children as an integral part of fighting and demoralizing the IDF as they sought to arrest known terrorists.

Furthermore, we know that at least some of the Arabs in Jenin refused to allow truly innocent Arabs to leave after residents had been told that a dragnet was being placed over the area to capture those known terrorists.

Now...exactly where is the rationale that places this in some sort of moral equivalency with purposeful disguising killers in the colors of Israeli troops and murdering innocents house to house?
