Not a very strong argument, IMO. If one of my daughters grows up to be a stripper, porn star, or something along those lines (God forbid!) I'm not gonna stop loving her, nor will she cease being my daughter. But if she continues in that sin (besides having grown up a Christian) and dies in that sin, will she inherit the kingdom of God? I doubt it.

No offense intended but you would be a hurt, but loving and forgiving Dad. You might be ashamed of her but you wouldn't disown her. You don't think our God is that kind of good Father too?

First, there is no forgiveness without repentence.

Second, a loving father respects his children's wishes. Love is not tolerance of any and all wrongdoing. Love, sometimes, is tough.

God will not drag anyone, kicking and screaming, into heaven against their will.

No offense taken. No, I would not disown her ... ever. But I can't protect her from her choices if she doesn't let me. Same with us and God ... we may choose a path that keeps us from His Kingdom. I'm sure this pains Him, but He did give us free choice.
