Thats because they choose not to be frugal, not because they can't do it.

Are you saying that suffering is redemptive? ;-)

I think this goes along with the eat, drink, and be merry theme. It sure would suck being extra-frugal for your life and then dying before you got to enjoy things.

Sure, I could save some money buying store brand ketchup instead of Heinz, but frankly, I am not willing to do that. Likewise, on some items we are price-conscious and others we are not.
