Remember the old concept of "legal" death? Life without parole is as good as death. But I would stipulate that a prisoner under such sentence and who escapes should be put to death if he escapes and is caught. The death penalty is needed as the final solution.

Why should a murderer be allowed to live? Death is the just punishment for intentional homicide. If you think otherwise, then please present your case.
