Good Lord is there any NC out there who can be lucid? Am I the only Christian on the planet who can tell the difference between the mission the apostles carried out before Jesus' death and the one He commissiones afterward?

Everyone. Havoc for sure, thinks that the Apostles were still operating under the rules of the original mission.

Weren't there in fact two missions, one before JEsus' death, and one after?
