(Havoc) Peter was commissioned to teach the lost tribes of Israel.

Again. No. Not Scriptural. Wrong. (sigh)

How can you say this? Peter, and the others, definitely were commissioned to do so.

Matthew 10:
[5] These twelve Jesus sent out, charging them, "Go nowhere among the Gentiles, and enter no town of the Samaritans,
[6] but go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

Is it your belief that the Lost Tribes and the lost sheep of the house of Israel are not one and the same?

Imagine my surprise when I saw it too.. It's like having someone walk up after a bus has run over your head and ask you which way Earth is. The sense of it if there is any is lost. I'm waiting with baited breath to see the sheep fly down from the tree and start shouting "Albatross" at this point. Perhaps John Cleese will leap out from behind the Submit Button and a large foot will trounce him before He can smack "preview". Are we on the right planet? Forgive me if I seem a bit obtuse at the moment; but, I'm left with a profound sense of nothingness after the last few exchanges. Something smells. Is there a Christian alive that doesn't know what the lost tribes are? It seems inconcievable.
