Does the Bible mention Mary's death? I admit there is no scripture proving that God did do it [the bodily assumption of Mary, that is], but it says that fundamentalists should not make such a big deal of it.

The irony is so thick, I'll just let your statement speak for itself. ;o)

No one dies unless the bible says they died. By the way, people didn't go to the bathroom back then either, especially Jesus and Mary.

Catholics don't go around evangilizing saying "Mary was assumed into heaven body and soul," so why do fundamentalists attack something that the Church doesn't use as a soapbox.
