Hard to keep up isn't it? :') I'm trying to limit my FR time at work since the puter crashed but I lurk and note posts to reply to later.

I was getting too out of control at work. I severely limit myself unless it's something that's kind of important, or a quick note about something. But it sure made the day go faster. :-)

Yeah , that was beginning to be a problem for me too. Even though I used break time I just felt I needed to be working. I just leave it on and scroll thru posts to see whats happening. I broke my rule today though. I did post to one abortion post. I did it before I thought. I don't know how Dave disciplines himself .
