So in Romans 3 if we replaced all the "none" "no not one" with "no nation" "no not one nation" we'd have it right then? Or all nations have sinned and fall short of the glory of God? Just read the existing text in the manner in which it was intended to be read. There's no need to change anything. Just recognize that this "all" allows exceptions.
