Well Doug and Steven, We celebrated "Ressurection Day, this afternoon. We colored eggs (some with crosses). We hid them,and hunted them. I tried to explain the reason to JJ but for some reason he kept wanting to sing happy birthday to Jesus. Sounds real pagen, now doesn't it? Oh well, since I had already been branded , we went ahead and ate the egg "layer", too. (actually, she got fried) :')

I was going to have some hard boiled eggs with our supper this evening, but did you know that eggs will actually blow up if you over boil them:). I put some one yesterday to boil and forgot about them till about an hour later. I was outside watching Mack polish his bike and suddenly remembered them. By the time I got to them the water had boiled away and there was cooked eggs all over the cabniet top. What was left in the pan was black:), OH well, Mack doesn't eat eggs anyway. My daughter and son-in-law are coming this evening. He has to work all day, so we are waiting for him. We are having Chicken Parmasan, salad, bread, and NO eggs:).
