Mary, when she was told she would conceive was already referred to as full of grace.

This is before Jesus was born.

Stephen wasn't made full of grace until later, after Jesus had preached and Stephen became a follower.

This was after Jesus was born.

Mary was the first to be saved.

You just told me on the last page how wonderful it was that Mary was "full of grace" before she was even born. So I guess that means Stephen was too.

Mary was the first to be saved.

Stephen is full of grace, that doesn't mean he was the first to be saved.
