Sorry Dave. Vulgate is Jerome's best effort of translating from the Original Koine Greek to Latin.

It is closer to the following when translated from Koine Greek to English

NIV Luke 1:28 The angel went to her and said, "Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you."
NASB Luke 1:28 And coming in, he said to her, "Hail, favored one! The Lord is with you."

Not

DRA Luke 1:28 And the angel being come in, said unto her: Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.
