Very interesting. The law, all 635ish laws not just the 10 commandments, is called a curse in the NT. A person in the bible once told Jesus that he had kept the whole law, that unburdensome thing, and Jesus told him that he still lacked.

Paul calls the Law a curse. Jesus does not.

No. If read in context you would conclude "the curse of the law" is one who observes it thinking his efforts will save him. Otherwise Paul himself wouldn't have taken great pains to keep feasts, Sabbath, and nazarite vow. And Jesus wouldn't have said "If you love me you will keep my commands".
