Question: Can you say that you are 100% for sure that you don't believe that Jesus is God incarnate?

In the orthodox Christian sense, yes, I am 100% sure. I think he was a righteous man, a prophet, who "incarnated" God in the sense that his will and spirit were one with God, and I think his followers saw this in him. I think he was a son of God in the sense Paul describes in Romans 8:14.

I don't believe in a second person of a triune God, eternally begotten of the Father, born of a virgin, "Word made flesh" kind of incarnation.

You see, this just really boggles my mind. I cannot see how anyone can NOT believe. Do you believe he preformed miracles? Has anyone since then preformed the miracles he did as he did? I have seen articles, other then in the NT that document that He really did raise from the dead.

I think you have studied too much other things (the wrong things) and are being to worldly in your thinking. Worldlly man cannot explain some things. Stop trying. Study the bible. Have some faith. You'll feel better:)
