Its just an assumption. But you can't discount it all together and the rest of the verses that scream out about the trinity.

If the New Testament doesn't scream out Trinity and they had to have a special counsel to determine that thousands of people were wrong in their view of the trinity, how is it that the OT is "screaming out" trinity? :-)
