I don't read that passage as referring to one single prophet, because God raised up many true prophets after Moses. Based upon what I believe about Jesus, I think that he was a true prophet. If I based my opinion strictly on the gospel accounts, however, my answer would be no. In my opinion, certain aspects of these accounts reflect an understanding of Jesus -- one colored by Pauline theology -- that emerged in the decades after his death, rather than Jesus as he truly spoke and taught before his death. If you look past the theological accretions to the original layer of material, then yes.
