NIFB Pastor Steven Anderson’s Son Alleges Years Of Domestic Abuse + ‘My dad used the same electrical cord on her that he used on us’

Following our story of controversial NIFB pastor Steven Anderson’s son Isaac alleging years of violent abuse and beatings against them as children, including kicking and stomping on him, another of his sons, John, has come forward to corroborate the claims of vicious beatings, as well as allege years of domestic abuse towards his mother.

Anderson is the firebrand KJV-Onlyist from Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, AZ. He’s known for his rigorous Independent Fundamentalist Baptist theology, hatred of Calvinism, the infamous “pisseth on a wall” clip, and open glee at the thought of homosexuals being killed; at one point, he had the dubious distinction of being banned from 34 countries, including every English-speaking developed country.

You don’t get to say things like, “If I had a button right here on this pulpit, I could just push this button and every fag would just fall over dead. I would push it until it breaks,” without raising a few eyebrows.

In a wide-ranging interview with The Dead Domain, John Anderson, Steven’s second oldest son who has completely cut off from the family after reporting them to Child Protective Services, outlines life in the Anderson household, alleging further beatings, a hypocritical and violent mother, and instances of domestic abuse (the two former will be featured in an article tomorrow)

He begins by telling of having discovered his father would hit and whip his mother with a cord.

“I’m pretty sure all my siblings know about this, they weren’t very good at hiding it. My dad used the same electrical cord on her that he used on us. And it was like, they would be screaming, they would be fighting whatever. And then it’d be like, ‘kids go out in the backyard’ or ‘kids go to your room.’

And then you would hear the sound of BAM BAM beating sounds. My mom’s screaming. Um, there were times when I would see like the mark (because) the electrical cord, it would leave this “C-shaped” mark on you, like the tip. And it was scabbed up red and inflamed.

It was like, I don’t know, it was like a bruise, right? But then the ring where it was, was like this bloody mark in the shape of it, and I would see those on her. So it was very, very clear what was happening.

My parents kind of hid it from us. It was always like a thing like all of us knew about. And then finally, after like a year, I talked to my siblings, I talked to my brother, Isaac,… I was like, ‘dude, like, am I tripping, or is dad beating mom? ‘ He’s like, ‘no, like, yeah, I’ve known too. that’s what’s happening.'”

He continues:

“But I know there were a couple of outbursts where he would just like, bam, hit her in a fight…there were a couple instances that I know where he just like, hit her. It wasn’t like the scheduled, like, beatings, or it’s like a system (in the) same way it was with us.

So my mom decided that she was done with him. And she wanted to leave him and get sole custody of the kids. And she wanted to basically so she came out better on the divorce, because then she’d be single parenting 12 kids, she wanted to get him put away for domestic abuse so she could get the house while he’s off in prison.

…And I was like, ‘you were 10 times more abusive than dad ever was. So if you go press charges and I get called in as a witness, I’m not going to lie under oath and say he never did anything, but I’m also not going to sugar coat or hide anything you did as well.”

Why are you surprised? If you do one, you will do the other.

Kid was foolish to reveal his attitude before taking the witness stand.

CPS in his state won’t do anything to help those kids. Then again that is CPS for you.

There are sick, evil people in all religions (i.e., priests) and among atheists. My dad was a Baptist Pastor and certainly had his “flaws”, but who doesn’t. Mom was a sweet little, sassy saint who died in April at 100 years old.

I’m so sorry you had this experience. From my view, some of the sweetest, most beautiful people are/were people we knew in our church. Some of the meanest, ugliest were there too. People are people. I just vowed to raise kind, loving children who love God and country and think I accomplished that.

It sounds like you’ve been through some horrific times in your family. No judgement from me, I pray you find peace through it all. There is no doubt religions tend to draw some mentally unstable people.

He despised the filthy perverted, degenerate homosexuals.

In this day and age, the depraved queers are considered sacred cows, especially in the USA and Europe. The agenda comes from the evil deep state globalist puppet masters.

Washington DC is the new Sodom and Gomorra. One day, that filthy city will meet the same fate. /spit

Folks....beware of hardcore Christians of any flavor. There are more actors in church than there are in Hollywood.

Couldn’t this be said of any group of religious zealots? They cloak themselves in sanctimonious robes, hiding their own moral decay from the world. They could have chosen any number of virtuous causes to mask their corrupted soul.

“Folks....beware of hardcore Christians of any flavor. “..

Good advice... And especially “fundamentalists” of any stripe. Most tend to be self righteous bastards

Tell me more about this “perfect chicken”...

He managed that KFC store so that it was his personal improvement project. KFC 's today are not at all what they were in the 1980's. Everything was scratch made. Now it all comes from food processing plants. The coleslaw now gets delivered in cases of gallon paper containers. My dad got cases of cabbage, onions, sugar, vinegar, etc. Everything was made at the store with few exceptions. Of course the cut poultry was delivered in iced cases via truck. The xtra crispy chicken was marinated for hours before cooking. The original recipe flour was mixed at the store. Anyway...his store had a reputation of being a sort of enigma KFC and he'd outsell all of the others in business. He ended up getting fired for misconduct because he ratted out his boss (the owner) to corporate HQ. If you met him you would say he was the most superbly friendly person you ever met and you'd love to be his friend and he'd give you tracks and pray with you etc. If you knew him intimately like a family member, you'd learn he didnt gaf about your personal values or personal space and you were always viewed by him as inferior. He was a bigot by definition. We was not racist as that word is usually associated...he was absolutely intolerant of any view or opinion that differed from his own. He did love his kids....to the best of his ability to love. But he made incredible blunders that impacted us for the rest of our lives like moving his young white Presbyterian family to a town in northern New Mexico where 9/10 people were mexican/mexican-indian Catholic. Espanola, NM today is referred to the heroin capital of NM.

This man, Steven Anderson, is a byword among unaffiliated (independent) Baptist pastors and churches nationwide. You can hardly attend a conference, Bible Conference, Camp Meeting, Revival Meeting, or preachers fellowship meeting without hearing warnings against Steven Anderson. The movement in general (those that keep up with these matters) has denied him fellowship.

For those who do not know, "Independent Baptist" (We prefer the expression, "Unaffiliated") means only that we answer to no earthly headquarters, nor denominational organization, nor hierarchy. Local church autonomy has been a historical distinctive of Baptists. Some churches labeled as "Baptist" have forgotten the historical distinctives and have joined (signed on the dotted line, etc.) denominational structures.

Conversely, Independent/Unaffiliated Baptists choose their fellowship opportunities and means of cooperation with other local churches on a non-obligatory, no-pressure, no-expectation basis; NO-signing-on-the-line, project-by-project, or opportunity-by-opportunity. The LOCAL congregation is the highest ecclesiastical authority.

So, no other Baptist church or pastor, by any name, affiliation, or non-affiliation, takes any authority over nor accepts any responsibility for Steven Anderson, nor for his congregation, nor for his family, nor for any other matter.

OUR OWN Baptist church has put the warnings out to our congregation and to others interested, concerning Anderson's abuses, his un-Biblical teachings, his evil behavior, and his negative influence.

We are Baptists by historical distinctive. We warn our folks, however, that no one can know what is really happening in a local church or with its ministers, REGARDLESS OF THE NAME AND DESCRIPTION ON THE SIGN, without asking hard questions to the ministers and people of that particular local congregation. Inquirers must ask for copies of their literature, or for their doctrinal statement(s).

We are constantly fielding very hard, critical questions ourselves, much in these days particularly because of people like Steven Anderson.

I knew he beat his kids but I was shocked to learn he beat his wife as well.

Reminds me of a joke from a book of Jewish humor I used to read as a kid.

After the service, the Rabbi takes Isaac aside and askes him, "Isaac, I know your son-in-law has a temper and sometimes beats your daughter. But you, Isaac, you are a gentle soul, yet your daughter told me you beat her as well. Why would you do such a thing?" Isaac answers, "well, it's like this Rabbi: He beats my daughter - I beat his wife!"

My dad was a bit similar, although he was only verbally and emotionally abusive (and only after he discovered I wasn't going to be the pitcher on the Little League team). When I was a little kid he would come home drunk on a weekend night and fall out the kitchen floor. I thought he was sick, and would tug on his shirt sleeve, sometimes for an hour or more, to get him to get off the floor and go to bed. It was only when I was old enough to work on the family farm, on the way into work in the truck, he mentioned to the other workers how drunk he was the night before. That was when I realized he wasn't sick all those years, after which I just let him sleep the nights away on the linoleum floor of the kitchen.

In later years he felt guilty, and left behind a nice inheritance for myself and my brother. So, he slaved all those latter years on the farm to make up to us. (And, somewhere along the way, he got religion.)

The local truck stop in my tiny TN town is individually owned, and has amazing fried chicken. In fact, that was my lunch today (no cats on the side!)

Thank you for that. I mean it. Its weird how childhood experiences affect the adult human being. An objective person might say “its over, move on.” But in reality, in order to do that...with us humans...a spiritual ‘pressure’ has to be applied.
