Well, if we don't support the gop-e and just stay home we concede the battle to the dims.

We need to pay attention to this election as the party that wins gets to nominate judges.

We know what kind of judges the dims send up for nomination.

No, his name was already in the toilet long before that. The Republicans suffered devastating losses in the 2006 midterms because the war in Iraq had turned into a complete fiasco and American voters began to curse the Bush name forever as a result.

No single person has done more for the pro-life movement than Donald Trump.

Overturning Roe was the only thing that could be done at the Federal level. Keeping a majority on SCOTUS that will continue to allow states to decide the issue and preventing any taxpayer funding of abortion should be the objectives at the Federal level.

Society needs to change hearts, not laws.

Do you want to decrease the number of abortions? Expose it for what it is and stigmatize it.

If you are on the right side, prove it. Show the people. Don’t be shrill and don’t quote scripture (you will lose many that way, they don’t consider scripture a basis for a rational discussion).

"Caving on abortion?! What kind of moron doesn't recognize the biggest pro life gains since roe v w were under TRUMP. Stupid."

This is definitely an example of "perfect" becoming the enemy of "good" (i.e. stop supporting Republicans):

California, after completely being taken over by Democrats, prides itself on being the place where a baby can be butchered up to the day of birth (never mind that the baby can feel pain).
(And if anyone dares to protest this, they are thrown in jail. Even 70 year old grandmothers.)

What goes on in California (as a result of Dem takeover) HAS NOT saved the lives of any babies.

But at least now, (thanks to President Trump), we have been given a chance to save more lives, thanks to the overturning of roe v w.

Pro life now has an ability to make the case CLEARLY-That abortion IS a mother wanting to be able to have her baby killed.

There are GENERATIONS of women, (and their boyfriends, husbands, exc..), who have been brainwashed for decades, into believing that having their CHILD KILLED is a right, and that this is not a big deal.

This callousness is not going to be undone overnight.

IMO , the first, and most important task, in order to save the lives of more babies, is for pro life to awaken people to THIS TRUTH.

It is not "a blob of tissue".

It is not "reproductive care".

It's taken a long time to get to where we are in our culture, regarding abortion.

The fight is not over.

Roe being reversed is just the beginning.

Point out the Russian propaganda that you accuse FR of. You sound like every idiotic democrat with your Russia BS. Lets see some of that good ole Russian propaganda.

If you are going to make that allegation then show the receipts.

I am tired of the few “holier than thou virtue signalers like you who post here.

If you were right you would have a large following.

But you don’t.

Letting states decide has always been consistent with the constitution with respect to most issues.
Other than regulating borders, national defense, international relations, currency, resolving interstate conflicts, it’s usually better for the Feds to stay out.

Thank you. Only God is perfect. Any party, any candidate will fall short. We have to pick one anyway.

I like your term “ conservative populist”.

“Actual conservatives have never been strong in the GOP...Many republicans hated Reagan just like they did Goldwater and do Trump”

That was true then and it’s still true now.

I did some campaign work in the ‘80s and ‘90s. Volunteer stuff, nobody was paying me. But I did get to see the backstage part of campaigns and I met a lot of political people whose names that we all know.

Winning elections means coalition building. There’s all sorts of flavors just within conservative circles, in the Republican party as a whole there’s even more.

They don’t all agree. And trying to get them to cooperate isn’t easy. Among the volunteers I recall in those ‘80s campaigns there was a rebuild the military group, this being the Cold War. There was a 2nd Amendment group. There was a tax reform group. There was a Right to Life group. There was an immigration control group.

There was overlap, but not always. Instead of working towards a common goal and maybe getting half of what you want, some individuals insist on all or nothing. And in a state like California where we are a minority of a minority that’s just nuts. And today the situation here is even harder since the Cali population includes a huge number of foreign born who simply don’t share our culture much less our politics.

I’ve always thought this should be a strictly private decision between a woman & her doctor. The state or feds should have no decision in it at all, but the doctor, who has pledged to preserve life should check his conscience very seriously before approving any decision to abort.

You are missing the point, abortion is an example. You play the long game by getting your people elected first. Did Biden get elected (not getting into cheating) by tell people I am going inundate this country with illegals, I am going to create the worst economy in the last fourth years, I am going to double your gas prices, I am going divide this country like never before. Of course not, they knew they were going to do all this but did not talk about it. They did it after they got elected. We have tens of millions of low information voters in this country. We have tens of millions of single issue voters. The GOP platform has been a loser for sometime. We should have steamrolled the RATS in the mid term. Abortion killed us. Get conservatives elected and then hold their feet to the fire. We lose because of a BS platform that is worth less the paper it is printed on. They are under no obligation to follow it and frankly rarely do. So yea, take the narrative away from the RATS, get elected and then push through conservative policies.

Want me to send every post that praises Russia for being a supernation that has the best economic growth, the most moral citizenry, the greatest leader, and the most robust industry? Want me to repost the messages that said Russia wouldn't attack Ukraine and that it was a ploy by the Biden administration? Want me to post all the messages that say that Ukraine or the US are to blame for Russia's invasion and pretty much absolve Putin and Russia for the invasion?

I can't show all of them, there are too many. But I could post an enormous selection of them. Of course, I would likely be banned by the powers that be for exposing the rot that lives here.
