[The “He Gets Us” campaign]
I have always disliked these commercials; I believe they’re just plain wrong and in error. I believe Olog-hai posted about them a long time ago.
Especially that ANNOYING “Don’t put the blame on me” song. That song is awful, awful, awful (IMHO). Can you tell that I don’t like it? LOL
Frankly, I’m not surprised that they’re going down this path. This is one rare thing that I’m in disagreement with a good friend about. He knows about the people who put the money in.
As i recall (someone correct me) it was the Hobby Lobby guy (or someone of that level of fortune).
IMHO these misrepresent the Gospel to basically a “social justice”-level of “theology”

Oh yeah. He does get us, but that bunch certainly does not get Him. They had better wake up from their proclivity of being too ready to blaspheme Him.
